Delivery delays
Delivery may be delayed in the event of typhoons, heavy rain, snow or other weather conditions, or in the event of an earthquake or other disaster. We appreciate your understanding.
3 about shipping cost
Nationwide fee:880 yen (tax included)
For each delivery destination, orders totaling 10,000 yen or more (excluding tax) qualify for free shipping.
If you order such items together with items that include shipping, please also see the next row.
* However, if an item has an individual shipping fee set on its product page, that fee applies for each unit.
Remote islands and other treatments
An additional shipping fee applies to deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes on International Orders
Orders shipped to the United States
Duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and are included in the amount you pay when you place your order. There is nothing further to pay when your order is delivered.
Orders shipped outside the United States
Duties, import taxes and any local customs handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient. They are payable directly to the carrier or your local post office at the time of delivery.
4 About consumption tax
Amounts of less than 1 yen are rounded down.
5 About returned goods
We take every care over quality, but if the item you receive is different from the one you ordered, or is scratched or soiled, please contact us within 8 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or a return.
* Please note that some items cannot be exchanged or returned. (In eligible cases we will cover the return shipping fee.)
If you exchange or return an item for your own convenience, the return shipping fee is payable by the customer.
If you paid by credit card, we will contact you separately.
