1 Payment

Credit card

Lump-sum payment is available with all card companies.

Shop Pay

You can pay using Shop Pay, the payment service provided by Shopify.

Paidy (pay later)

Available only for orders delivered within Japan (a Japanese mobile phone number is required). You can buy without a credit card, using just your email address and mobile phone number. Pay for your purchases together the following month at a convenience store, by bank transfer, or by direct debit.

Payment due date Charges confirmed each month are notified by email and SMS by the 5th of the following month. Convenience store payments and bank transfers are due by the 27th. Direct debits are withdrawn on the 27th (or the next business day if the 27th is a bank holiday).

Bank transfer After confirming your order, we will ship within 3 business days.
Other than bank transfer After confirming your order, we will ship within 2 business days.

* If we receive your order on a Friday, we will confirm it on the following Monday in principle and ship it after that. The same applies to public holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
* If you need your order shipped urgently, please use the Contact form and select "About purchasing products" as the subject.

Delivery time slots

Delivery delays

Delivery may be delayed in the event of typhoons, heavy rain, snow or other weather conditions, or in the event of an earthquake or other disaster. We appreciate your understanding.

3 Shipping fees

Nationwide fee:880 yen (tax included)

For each delivery destination, orders totaling 10,000 yen or more (tax included) qualify for free shipping.

Items with shipping charged separately Items whose price does not include shipping and for which no individual shipping fee is set on the product page.
Items with shipping included Items whose price includes shipping. This also covers items for which an individual shipping fee is set on the product page.
Ordering multiple items If you order several items with shipping charged separately to the same destination, only one shipping fee from the table above applies.
If you order such items together with items that include shipping, please also see the next row.
Mixed orders If you order items with shipping included together with items with shipping charged separately to the same destination, shipping is free regardless of the fee table above.
* However, if an item has an individual shipping fee set on its product page, that fee applies for each unit.

Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands

An additional shipping fee applies to deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands.

Shipping fees may have to be revised if the carrier changes its rates. For orders paid by cash on delivery, the cash on delivery fee is payable by the customer.

Regarding delivery overseas

An additional shipping fee applies in principle to overseas deliveries. Thank you for your understanding.

Overseas orders are shipped by EMS (International Post) only. Delivery by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport is not available. Payment services offered through Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport (cash on delivery, credit card, convenience store payment, etc.) are not available.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes on International Orders

Orders shipped to the United States
Duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and are included in the amount you pay when you place your order. There is nothing further to pay when your order is delivered.

Orders shipped outside the United States
Duties, import taxes and any local customs handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient. They are payable directly to the carrier or your local post office at the time of delivery.

These charges are set by the customs authority of the destination country, and we are unable to tell you the amount in advance.

4 Consumption tax

5 Returns

We take every care over quality, but if the item you receive is different from the one you ordered, or is scratched or soiled, please contact us within 8 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or a return.

* In this case, we will cover the return shipping fee.
* For orders delivered outside Japan, please contact us by email first, and we will let you know how to proceed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or the item not matching your expectations).

If you paid by credit card, we will contact you separately.

Colors may differ between the product images on this site and the item you receive. Thank you for your understanding.

Notes on returns

To return or exchange an item, please contact us first and then send it to the address below. Return processing (cancellation processing) takes 10 to 14 days.
