The longest model in the Power Balance series, suited to golf swing practice with slow, big swings. It produces significant muscle activity in proportion to its large centrifugal force. Its length and grip thickness are close to those of a golf club, making it ideal for mastering your own ideal swing.
Swung every day since junior high school.
The origin of world-class pro Keita Nakajima's swing.

The ideal swing Power Balance Pro helps you achieve
When you try to swing the club with your arms, your swing axis wobbles. With an unstable axis, you can't achieve the ideal swing or impact.
Power Balance Pro is a training tool that lets you learn "axis stability," the hardest part of the golf swing, through feel and in a way you can see.
It was devised by Hal Tsunezumi, the mentor of Coach Hiroshi Kakinuma, who has coached Nakajima since elementary school. Top amateurs and pros around the world continue to use it for their daily tune-ups.

Because of a frozen shoulder, my swing used to stop halfway. Just by swinging it for only 3 minutes a day, I can now swing all the way through to the finish.

Is distance created by strength?
On golf's greatest stage, one Japanese golfer gave the answer.
At 166cm, Hidemichi Tanaka outdrove Tiger Woods

The axis and form are a perfect match.
At the 2000 PGA Championship (Valhalla, Kentucky, USA), the driving distance measurement on the first day was topped by a Japanese golfer standing 166cm tall and weighing 58kg: Hidemichi Tanaka. His drive measured 332.3 yards, beating even Tiger Woods (327.8 yards) for a commanding first place.
Behind this feat was a one-week training camp with Hal Tsunezumi just before the tournament. "Swing with force and you'll hurt your body. So never swing with strength."—
"A smooth swing without tension
delivers maximum power."
Through training with Power Balance Pro, he moved closer to an ideal swing that "draws out the maximum centrifugal force" without straining his body.
As a result, while saying he was "not using any force at all," Tanaka outdrove the most powerful hitter in the world. Distance comes not from strength, but from your axis. That is the truth of golf that Power Balance Pro has proven.
Also used by Hiroyuki Fujita, a pro golfer competing at the top level
Fujita suffered from pain in his left knee, and there was a time when even crouching down to read putting lines was hard for him.
He says that with age, his body balance and swing balance had broken down, putting strain on how he used his body. Swinging the Power Balance realigned his body axis and led him to a natural swing that puts no burden on his knee. He says he can now play golf comfortably.
